How to profoundly change the beliefs of the polytheists during the age of revelation from the denial of the Prophet (pbuh) to the certainty of his Message and the acceptance of his full guardianship is a question worthy of attention. The order of verses about prophecy based on the order of revelation is the reason to lead a transformative process and a special Quranic method in institutionalizing the belief of prophecy in the lives of Arabs. In the first stage, the Holy Quran in the first Makkī (Arabic: المکّیّ, suras revealed in Mecca) chapters has prepared the community from the motivational side to accept the truth of the Prophet’s (pbuh) prophecy and briefly stating the key issues surrounding it. The Holy Book of Quran at the time of the emergence of oppositions and doubts (the second stage) destroyed the arguments of the polytheists and explained the prophecy and proved its authenticity from a cognitive perspective in the second stage by presenting clear arguments. and the Holy Book of Quran in the third stage after Madanī (Arabic: المدنیّ, suras revealed in Medina) period has undertaken measures in order to fulfill the goals of the Massage by explaining the true position of the Prophet (pbuh) to deepen and operationalize the Prophetic belief through explaining practical duties for the Prophet (pbuh) and behavior based on the acceptance of Walaya (Arabic: ولایة, meaning “guardianship” or “governance”).

Background: Entrococci is a clinically important pathogenic bacterium in UTIs. CHROMagar orientation is a recently method for rapid, easy and economic isolation and identification of entrococci. This study compares the chromogenic media with traditional methods for presumptive identification of entrococci from urine specimen. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 240 gram positive cocci from urine specimens. These isolated microorganisms were inoculated on CHROMagar orientation and were presumptively identified according to manufacturer instruction. The identity of all isolated microorganisms was then confirmed by conventional identification tests and compared with the results obtained from CHROMagar orientation. Results: In this study, the sensitivity and specificity of CHROMagar orientation to identify entrococci, solely, were 100% and 40.8%, respectively. Conclusion: Although CHROMagar orientation was rapid and sensitive method for identification of entrococci in urine culture, CHROMagar orientation alone appeared not to be very specific for entrococci and needed to be combined with other tests for greater exclusivity. So, CHROMagar orientation media is not recommended for routine usages in medical laboratories in Iran.

The process-orientation school of thought is an approach focuses on process in an organization to bring changes in business and removes the weakness of today's challenging organizations. Process is a theme of operations with interaction and relations among them with each other which all together brings valuable results towards the customers. There are lots of non-value added activities which should be removed and substituted with new value added activities in all organizations. In that case the organizations will focus on the value added activities to reach productivity by increasing in speed, quality and improvement in services which ultimately cause decreasing the production cost. This article focuses on importance of processes in organization, the role of process orientation in organizational productivity and the changes required to be done in processes to reach productivity by improving "Singh & Muckerjy" model of productivity which highlights the relation between the organizational change, processes and productivity.

In today’s business world, organizations are continually striving to streamline their operations, increase their ability to respond to the market conditions and find new opportunities to differentiate themselves from their competitors; these conditions have caused them to focus more on business processes and customers. Every research has just discussed one dimension of this process, but they have failed to provide a comprehensive and integrated model including all the dimensions and indicators of business process and the interactions and interconnectedness among them. This paper reviews the literature related to business processes to identify the dimensions and indicators of business processes and then employ an advanced methodology called interpretive structural modeling approach to design an integrated and total business process orientation model. The results indicate that the comprehensive model of business process orientation includes six interactive and interconnected dimensions: structure, belief and attitudes, framework, operations strategy, performance management and process productivity: Reach ability matrix, driver power- dependence matrix and calibration diagram show that process belief and attitude is the key dimension affecting other dimensions. On the other hand, process productivity has the highest level of dependence on other dimensions and functions as an output for business process orientation modeling.

In the information age, one of the issues facing organizational engineering is Business process- orientation (BPO). Understanding of the processes of senior managers and take measurements of BPO is one of the necessities in this area, because in recent years many studies have been done. The purpose of this article was to determine coefficients of process-dimensions and indicators by using analytical network process (ANP) and use it to measure BPO in the Iranian commercial- government banks. In this study, in the first with literature review on the organization's Business process, BPO dimensions and indicators were identified. The next stage, dimensions and indicators coefficients BPO were determined using ANP. In the third step, indicators scores of BPO were calculated based on the maturity level. And finally the amount of BPO according to their scores and coefficients of dimensions on the commercial banks- Iran's state was calculated. The results show that the amount of BPO in commercial banks- Iran's state less than 50 percent. The maximum amount of BPO with 29% to the "Beliefs and Attitudes" and the lowest rate was given to the "productivity" with the rate of 5.7 per cent.
